Track the status of my service requests
LYNXWeb Account Changes have now been made.
LYNX Web is the application that selected TELUS customers will use to access their company's assets and trouble tickets in LYNX. The functionality available to them includes:
- Viewing all the assets and trouble tickets that belong to their company.
This includes the ability to search for and sort their company's assets and trouble tickets,
as well as view the details of an asset or trouble ticket.
- Creating new trouble tickets for any of their company's assets.
- Adding information updates to any of their company's open trouble tickets.
