
Your LYNX user account has been enhanced to support Single Sign On. Single Sign On allows you to login once and access TELUS Self Serve Applications that use this authentication method. TELUS will be adding new applications to this authentication method in the near future.
What has not changed:
- The LYNX UserID and Password you use to login to LYNX stays the same as before.
- You are able to access LYNX through the same URL, Web-browser Favourite or Bookmark as you did before.
- The LYNX Login Page looks different but will continue to perform the same function.
- The UserID is now called Username.
- From the new Login Page you will have access to the following functions:
- Forgotten Password
- Forgotten Username
- The "Edit My Profile" link in LYNX points to the new "Manage User Profile" function for managing your Single Sign On user profile and changing your password.
- When logging out of LYNX you will land on the TELUS Business Portal.
- Single Sign On accounts that are not in use will expire after six months of inactivity. This will not affect Company data in LYNX.
- Your account will give you access to the TELUS Business Portal. The customizable Self Serve page on the Portal wil enable you to launch your TELUS applications and your favorite links to the Internet Web sites that you wish to add.
