3. Viewing your services and trouble tickets

LYNX Web is used to manage your organization's services and trouble tickets. To make it as easy as possible to access this information, LYNX Web provides two ways to view your services and tickets:

  1. By clicking the Check My Company's Services link on the LYNX Web Home page, you can display the services (assets) that TELUS supports for your company (across all lines of business). This is done by querying for specific services, and then drilling down to see their details, which includes the trouble tickets that exist for the service/asset.

  2. By clicking the Check My Company's Trouble Tickets link on the LYNX Web Home page, you will see a list of all the trouble tickets that your company has logged with TELUS (across all lines of business, and for all services). You can also query within this list, and you can drill down to view the details of a specific ticket.

Note: An "asset" or "service" is any service or product that TELUS supports for your company.
