As LYNX Web is a Web-based application, you can access it from any location that is connected to the Internet. All you need is the correct URL, a User ID and password.
Note: If you do not have a user ID and password, contact your Client Service Manager. They will arrange to have a User ID created for you.
Navigate to the following URL: http://lynx.telus.com or navigate to the http://telus.com/enterprisedirect page (the customer self-serve portal) and click the trouble management log in link.
Click the LYNX hyperlink to open the LYNX Web login page.
Enter your User ID and Password.
Note: If you do not remember your password, click the Forget Password? link that appears beside the Password field. You can then follow the steps that appear to have your new password emailed to you.
Click Login. The LYNX Web Home page appears, unless this is your first time accessing LYNX Web. If it is your first time accessing LYNX Web, you will be prompted to update your user profile with a new password and security question/answer. Once you have done this, the LYNX Web Home page will appear.
