TELUS has just released LYNX - our new, integrated trouble management system. A key component of this new system is LYNX Web - a web-based application available to selected TELUS customers. LYNX Web enables these customers to access records on their company’s services and trouble tickets in LYNX.
This tutorial is an introduction to LYNX Web - it will explain to you the available functionality in the application and provides you with demonstrations of each key function. To navigate through the tutorial topics, use the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of each page. You can also choose topics from the Contents or Index panes on the left, or use the Search function to enter keywords.
